The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed about the substantial number of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a substantial range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The provider point developed for intervention activities a superior inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it hard with the Workplace to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra sources to permit the servicing of all shoppers and maximize entry to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
